What is your favorite place? In what kind of environment do you thrive? Try to find an environment that feels natural to you and strengthens your well-being.

Do you enjoy, for example:

  • the peace of the forest, the rustling of the trees, and the scents of nature?
  • the embrace and support of cool water, and going for a swim?
  • the powerful melodies and collective energy of dance classes?

Choose places that draw you in effortlessly and save your energy for things that bring you joy. Actions taken for your well-being should not cause performance pressure or extra stress; instead, they should bring you peace and a sense of comfort.
