These are effective 30-minute sessions designed to assess the quality of your current diet or focus on a specific area of your choice (such as health challenges, functional digestive issues, weight management, or supporting physical activity). Alternatively, you can receive concrete tips during a guided grocery store visit. 

Lifestyle Guidance

The goal of lifestyle guidance is to strengthen your resources in everyday life. The guidance includes a comprehensive lifestyle assessment, a 30-minute counselling session, and a tailored 3-part remote coaching program. You can choose the focus areas that matter most to you:

  • Nutrition
  • Stress management and relaxation
  • Recovery and sleep
  • Daily activity and finding the joy of movement

Wellbeing Coaching

In wellbeing coaching, we look at life as a whole and help you clarify your personal goals. This package includes two coaching sessions, a dietary analysis, a lifestyle assessment, and a tailored 3-part remote coaching program.

We support you in finding the daily steps that best fit your life situation, schedule, and preferences—steps that give you the most energy and guide you toward the life you truly want to live.

Manual Therapies

In Classical massage therapy various muscle tensions and pain conditions in the musculature will be treated.

In Relaxing massage therapies (Strength from Silence Treatment, Indian Head Massage, Singaporean Chair Massage, Relaxation Treatment) it is possible to experience complete relaxation of the body and tranquility of mind.

Invigorating Reflexology or Zone Therapy treatment revives and balances the functions of the entire body. The reflex or zone areas of different organs and body parts  will be pressed and massaged from the feet, ears and upper limbs. 

Reflexology can provide effective relief, particularly for digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, and exhaustion.

ENERGY AND STRENGTH THROUGH MOTION

With the help of  Senior Personal Trainer services you can maintain or develop the ability to function and move. Nutrition guidance is also included in the service.

The focus of the coaching is on mobility, balance, muscle strength and endurance, as well as coordination, the development of which is particularly important for the aging.

A Gym or Home Training program tailored to you is included in the coaching. You will get your program as an image or PDF file, and in the Trainero application free of charge.
